At Beutler Meats, we offer custom processing of beef and pork. Please refer to the cutting instructions and cut charts below for the details we will need to process your beef and pork.
Generally, most beef will dry age for 10-14 days after harvest. During the 10-14 days of dry aging we ask the customers to call and confirm the cutting instructions with our office staff at 765.742.7285.
The price for processing is based on the hanging weight of the carcass and how one decides to have their beef and hog processed. The office staff will be able to assist with an estimate once the the cutting instructions have been placed. The final price will be available the day of processing.
