Steve purchases beef and hogs from local  farmers for customers to purchase who may not have contact with a farmer themselves.

A side (half) of beef on average will weigh 400-450 pounds on the hanging weight of the carcass and approximately cost between $1400-$1600 for the beef and processing together.  

A quarter of beef (equal split of a half) on average will weigh 200-225 pounds on the hanging weight of the carcass and will approximately cost between $700-$900 for the beef and processing together.

All pricing is based on  a standard cutting instructions.

We require a deposit of $500 for beef.

4 pc of Sirloin Steaks 3/4 " thick

5-7 pc of Ribeye Steaks 3/4 " thick

1/2 pc Brisket 3-4#

4 pc of Round Steaks 1/2" thick

5-8 pc of T-Bone/Porthouse Steaks 3/4 " thick

2 pc of Arm Roast 3#

1 pc Rump Roast 3#

1 pc Swiss Steak 2#

5-7 pc of Chuck Roast 3 #

1 pc Heel of Round Roast 3#

1 pc Sirloin Tip Rst 3#

30-40 lbs of Hamburger

3-4 packages of short ribs  

A half of hog on average will weigh 100-120 pound and will approximately cost $300-$350.

We require a deposit of $150 for a half hog.
